To determine how big your Extraction System should be, follow this simple guide.

1) Is the Canopy going up against a wall or in the center of your kitchen?   Wall Canopy / Island Canopy

2) Measure the length and width of your Cooking Equipment.

3) The Extraction Canopy should overlap your Equipment by 150mm on all sides.
